Sutter Home Pink Moscato California Rosé?
A Nice Little Treat
As with any Moscato, this is a sweet, easy little treat. It’s actually a little difficult to categorize, as it starts with white Moscato and blends in a touch of rosé. What I liked most is the size—187ml is very convenient and perfect for casual moments. I picked up hints of melon, peach, and a touch of vanilla, though at times the flavors were subtle and a bit hard to fully pinpoint. The aroma is nicely perfumed, and the blush pink color gives it a fun, summery feel.
This California wine comes in a handy four-pack of mini bottles, which makes it a great grab for the grocery store and an easy choice to bring to the beach during the summer. It’s light and easy-drinking, though at times the alcohol felt more noticeable than the flavors, especially toward the finish. Still, it remains a simple, casual wine and a nice little treat when you’re in the mood for something sweet.

Tasting Notes Sweet melon and peach with soft vanilla hints, summer perfumed aromas, at times felt too much the alcohol above the hint of flavors. Still an easy drink but a little mix in the finish for me.
