A Delicate Punchy Flavored Sonoma Rosé

I first tried the Belle Glos Rose, Oeil De Perdrix during one of our many visits to the Wine Room in Delray (now The Wine and Spirits Kitchen), and it left a lasting impression. Unlike most rosés I’ve had, this one was beautifully light yet punchy, with soft floral notes and a refreshing, lively finish. The color leaned more toward a peachy hue — maybe the lighting, maybe the wine itself — but either way, it paired perfectly with the bottle’s elegant design. Truly a unique and memorable rosé worth revisiting.
